Every post, review, message, event, and profile in the App can be reported in-app — look for the Report action. You can also block any user from their profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
In the App: Profile → Settings → Security → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and removes your profile, friends, check-ins, messages, photos, and location history.
